Heaton Hawks Juniors FC take safeguarding and child welfare very seriously.

To support our commitments in this area we comply with all FA guidlines in that all our club volunteers are fully CRB cleared and vetted. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure their is a very clear reporting line in place and to ensure we comply with all current legislation we have nominated the role of Club Welfare Officers to Ron and Donna.

Rob and Donna are available to offer advice and support on any issues arising from Safeguarding concerns, our welfare officers are part of a chain of support across the region which comprises of League Welfare Officers, these all in turn have the support and guidance from the Northumberland FA County Welfare Officer.
